At Jingle Bells Store, we want your holiday shopping experience to be as joyful as the Christmas music we celebrate. While we strive for perfection in our musical collections and festive giftware, we understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that all items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the magic of Christmas and ensure hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any Christmas music collections (opened CDs, digital downloads, or sheet music)
- Giftware and Misc. Gifts that have been used or removed from original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items from our Music Gifts & Accessories collection
- Any items that have been damaged due to customer mishandling
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include the RMA number clearly on the package.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received and processed
